My husband and I discussed building a pool for several years just never did it. We finally took the leap and reached out to several pool companies, 10 to be exact! 4 responded. Out of that 4 we had 3 companies design and quote us a pool. Blue Haven was the only company who could build what we wanted for the best price and had better quality services.We worked with Michael Wilson on our pool design and set up. Michael was great!! Upfront and honest with everything. He even encouraged us to research other pool companies. He thoroughly explained the quality of products and services, he responded in a timely manner when I would email or text, and he made the whole process fun and exciting!! Loved working with Michael.After working with Michael we were contacted by our project manager Tim Newman. Tim is awesome!!! He communicated with us on a daily basis letting us know when each process of our pool would start and when the crew would show up. If the crew didn’t show up when they were supposed to, we just called Tim and let him know and he would be on the phone with them right away finding out what was going on. He would always call us back and bring us up to speed with what he found out. He explained in detail what steps would be taken during each building step and he was present or would show up after each process was started and complete. Tim expressed concern if he noticed work not being done up to par and he always made certain the working crew thoroughly understood what was expected of them. He also provided answers to our questions!!! Tim was also upfront and honest about things. He never hesitated to share his knowledge about processes and why they were being done. We absolutely loved working with Tim!!Between Michael, Tim, and all the different crews that worked on our pool and our pool deck, everyone did an amazing job and we enjoyed watching and visiting with them all!!!We love our pool and we haven’t even swam in it yet!! Joe Rodriguez helped us so much coming up with the perfect design for our backyard and working with us to make it affordable. Jon Williams came out to draw everything out and he helped explain everything on where things will be and how it will look. I highly recommend Blue haven Pools & Spa if you are looking for a backyard Oasis!

My family and I have had a great experience with Mike Anthony and George for our new pool/spa built. The time to complete from the beginning to the end took just over two months. My family and are extremely happy with the pool and spa and have used both without disappointment. We have also been extremely satisfied with the service they have provided for any questions we had regarding maintenance and upkeep for both the pool and spa. Very professional service and highly recommend to anyone looking to build a pool/spa.

Joe was a great salesman- we did 4 quotes and went with blue haven- they had the best all around package for the cost and are nationally known. Jerry is our main project guy and has been nothing short of communicative, involved and professional. They both answers our questions quickly. We are very happy to have gone with Blue Haven. I initially thought that having a pool built was going to be a very tedious experience. But the people at Blue Haven Pools and spas made the process very easy because of their customer service and their communication skills. The two people that I want to highlight are Mike Anthony who designed and sold us the pool and Jerry H who was in constant communication with us throughout the entire build process. Without their professionalism and amazing communication skills, I don’t believe the process would have been as smooth as it was. Blue Haven was great from start to finish. They were able to accomodate any changes. If I had an issue, they were quick to respond to resolve the situation. Michael, our designer, was great in assisting us with creating our pool design and took the time to meet our needs. We asked for many different renders of our pool and he was awesome at showing it to us along with giving us prices so we could make the right decision. Jorge, our project manager, he was great through the entire build. He was available to answer questions all the time and was always on site to check the progress of the build. Completion was beyond our expectations. We were under 2 months to build and were ready for summer swimming. My wife and I knew we made the right choice on choosing Blue Haven.
